• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Appointments

When you book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate birth information (date, time, and place) to ensure the quality of our services. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept Cash App and Venmo payments.

Payment Processing: Payment must be completed before your scheduled consultation. All prices are in USD.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund available if cancelled at least 24 hours before appointment
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment
• No refunds after consultation has been completed
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

You acknowledge that you are using our services at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our consultations or reports.

7. Intellectual Property
